We ship worldwide. Below is everything you need to know about dispatch, delivery times, and costs.

Order processing & dispatch

  • In-stock items: dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Items not currently in stock: dispatched within 3–5 business days.
  • Special-order & custom parts: made or sourced to order. Lead times are shown on the product page and confirmed to you by email after you order.

Delivery times

  • UK: 1–2 business days once dispatched, sent via tracked courier (typically Royal Mail 24, Parcelforce, or UPS).
  • International: 5–15 business days once dispatched, depending on destination and whether the order includes special-order custom parts.

Delivery times are estimates from the dispatch date, not the order date, and exclude any made-to-order lead time. Times may be affected by customs, carrier delays, or events outside our control.

Shipping costs

  • Free UK shipping on orders over £350.
  • All other shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

International orders — customs, duties & taxes

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price or shipping cost at checkout. Please check your country's import rules before ordering.

Incorrect addresses & failed deliveries

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery (additional postage may apply).
