CNC71 BMW E8X / E9X Steering Angle Lock Kit - PRO
The PRO KIT CNC71 front suspension kit is dedicated to the BMW 1 Series E8x and BMW 3 Series E9x . The kit guarantees an increase in steering angle of up to 68 degrees , changes the Ackermann steering geometry and allows for quick adjustment without having to dismantle the elements.
Perfectly fits into the original suspension mounts located in the car's chassis. Compliant with drift series regulations.
The product is made of high-quality steel, aluminum on precise CNC machines. The set includes lower control arms, steering rod spacers, steering knuckles with all necessary hardware and installation instructions.
The individual components of the set have been protected by powder coating or galvanizing. The use of spherical bearings eliminated the need for rubber bushings, providing a more direct and reactive driving feel on the track.

For those looking to customize their vehicle’s setup, the kit comes with specific parameters and a toe-in setting that adjusts based on Ackermann angle measurements:
Camber angle: -5.5 degrees
Caster angle: 6.5 degrees
The kit offers 68 degrees of steering angle , with the option of quick adjustment of the Ackerman from positive to negative by using special shims. This allows for quick modification of the vehicle's driving characteristics to suit the prevailing conditions and driver preferences. The kit also has an easy-to-set reduction of steering angle using an eccentric sleeve.
Additionally, the kit raises the roll center, which reduces the vehicle's tendency to tilt in corners. The product allows you to set the wheels in a way that minimizes the car's deviation from the driving track at a large range of steering angles, a fact that is crucial for maintaining front wheel traction and predictable car handling during drift maneuvers.
The kit is plug and play, the instructions included with it contain all the necessary data to set the car in the initial position. The kit provides the necessary space for mounting the coilover suspension which is required.
NOTE:
The range of wheels compatible with the set is between 17" and 19" (inches) provided that the inner diameter of the rim cannot be smaller than 400mm.

When will it actually arrive?
In stock and ordered before 1pm, it leaves the same day. UK and Ireland is usually next day, occasionally 1 to 3 days. Europe 1 to 5 days, rest of world 3 to 5 days on express.
If something is not in stock, we will email you right away with an ETA and any available substitutes. On the rare occasion it does not work out, we will happily refund your order.
Will I get stung for customs or import VAT?
No. The price you pay on our website is what it will cost to be delivered to your door. You will not receive any surprise surcharges after ordering.
What if I change my mind?
30 days on all stock items, full refund on the parts. If you ordered the wrong thing we will help you get to the right one for as little money as possible. We have been there.
What warranty do I get?
Everything on our website is covered by the standard manufacturer's warranty.
If you ever need to claim, we fight your corner. We will do everything in our power to make sure you are looked after, rather than leaving you to argue with a manufacturer on your own.
Can I pay it off over a few months?
