Mishimoto engineers know you love to put your truck under boost, which is why we've created a durable new line of Dodge Ram performance parts, including an intercooler kit for the 2007.5-2009 Dodge 6.7L Cuins. This Dodge Ram performance kit includes everything you need to improve airflow, substantially decrease air-charge temperatures, reduce EGTs, and support your truck at any power level. The first key component is the Mishimoto intercooler piping. Our engineers have maximized airflow by eliminating restrictive bends, allowing for a smooth and unimpeded airflow. This piping is constructed of mandrel-bent 3.5 aluminium with a polished finish. This kit includes other upgraded Cuins performance parts, including Mishimoto silicone boots with DuraCore™ technology and constant-tension T-bolt clamps for accurate and consistent holding force. Mishimoto DuraCore™ technology is the synthetic material that comprises the innermost layer of all Mishimoto silicone diesel boots. Compared to normal silicone, DuraCore™ provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil. This effectively increases the life of our boots by preventing leaks and blowouts. This package is rounded out with a Mishimoto intercooler featuring extremely durable cast aluminium end tanks and a bar-and-plate core, all designed to provide cool, dense air to your engine. The Mishimoto Cuins intercooler features a core volume significantly greater than factory units, which allows for improved cooling and power. Our intercooler reduces pressure drop, which results in an overall increase in engine efficiency. All the Dodge Ram performance parts in this kit are engineered to last, just like your truck. Offered with either a black or silver core, the Mishimoto 6.7L Cuins intercooler kit, like all our Cuins performance parts, is protected by our signature Lifetime Warranty
