Nuke Performance Surge Tank Unit For Walbro Internal Pumps
The Nuke Performance popular 2nd generation Fuel Surge Tank, specially developed for use with brushless fuel pumps, such as Protec Cobra Compact and Deatschwerks DW440 Brushless.
This new updated version is the first of its kind specially developed and designed to mount a single or dual setup of in-tank brushless fuel pumps. A single oversized AN-10 ORB outlet lets you use a single fuel line straight out of the surge tank, even when using a dual internal setup.

The Nuke Performance 2G fuel surge tank lets you combine two internal fuel pumps into one AN-10 outlet. This Fuel Surge Tank is able to deliver steady fuel flow even over 2000hp. This setup is everything you need to be combined into a space-efficient and power-efficient solution and design.

The Nuke Performance 2G Fuel Surge Tank 3.0 liter for brushless fuel pumps is designed to utilize one or two brushless fuel pumps within the surge tank while the controllers sit on the outside.

The use of a 6-pin connector lets you use a single or dual brushless fuel pump with the classic Nuke Performance surge tank and is offered together with a range of brushless fuel pumps that suit our surge tank without any further modification.

The fuel surge tank for brushless fuel pumps uses a billet internal fuel pump bracket and fits a single or dual brushless fuel pump. As brushless fuel pumps use more connectors this surge tank is equipped with a 6-pin bulkhead connector that lets you connect one or two brushless fuel pumps within the surge tank.

The surge tank for brushless fuel pumps is developed for use with the Protec Brushless Cobra Compact and Deatschwerks DW440 Brushless fuel pumps. Combined with the Nuke Performance fuel pump mounting kits, setting up a high-performance fuel system has never been as easy.

It also fits common 39-mm fuel pumps, but as these fuel pumps use more amps it's recommended to use one of the other surge tank models from Nuke Performance that is available with the fail-proof 6-mm connectors.
Why do I need a surge tank and how does a fuel surge tank work?
The 2G Fuel Surge Tank 3.0 liter for brushless fuel pumps works as a buffer so the fuel pumps are always supplied with fuel for high outputs as the return line from your engine routs straight back into the fuel surge tank, it stays full at all times, providing the fuel pumps with sufficient fuel at all times.
When using an external surge tank you minimize the risk of fuel starvation when running at a low fuel level and the fuel pumps experience fuel loss caused by intense driving. With this setup, you can rely on maximum fuel delivery, a safe solution for your engine, even when the conditions are as demanding as they get within motorsports. With this external surge tank, you are able to mount high-pressure in-tank fuel pumps without more extensive customization of your stock fuel tank and don't need to worry about failing fuel delivery.

How do I mount the brushless fuel pumps within the Fuel Surge Tank?
The Fuel Surge Tank is delivered with everything you need to install the fuel pumps of your selection, but we recommend adding one of our fuel pump mounting kits for optimal functionality and for a trouble-free, and service-friendly installation. The fuel pumps are securely mounted within the surge tank in all conditions thanks to the billet fuel pump bracket and the included bracket inserts that let you install a wide variety of different fuel pumps into this versatile surge tank.

The Nuke Performance 2G Fuel Surge Tank 3.0 liter for brushless fuel pumps is equipped with ORB threaded inlet and outlet ports. The AN-10 ORB outlet port and the AN-8 ORB inlet, return, and overflow ports let you choose from a wide range of different available ORB fittings. The use of the oversized, high-flow AN-10 ORB outlet combines the internal fuel pumps into one single fuel line and minimizes the need for external equipment, hoses, and fittings. Outlet, inlet, overflow, and return AN-6, AN-8, AN-10, and AN-12 fittings are sold separately as accessories.

Send us your chassis code or your reg in the chat and we will confirm before you spend anything. If you order and it turns out to be the wrong part, we swap it.

When will it actually arrive?
In stock and ordered before 1pm, it leaves the same day. UK and Ireland is usually next day, occasionally 1 to 3 days. Europe 1 to 5 days, rest of world 3 to 5 days on express.
If something is not in stock, we will email you right away with an ETA and any available substitutes. On the rare occasion it does not work out, we will happily refund your order.
Will I get stung for customs or import VAT?
No. The price you pay on our website is what it will cost to be delivered to your door. You will not receive any surprise surcharges after ordering.
What if I change my mind?
30 days on all stock items, full refund on the parts. If you ordered the wrong thing we will help you get to the right one for as little money as possible. We have been there.
What warranty do I get?
Everything on our website is covered by the standard manufacturer's warranty.
If you ever need to claim, we fight your corner. We will do everything in our power to make sure you are looked after, rather than leaving you to argue with a manufacturer on your own.
Can I pay it off over a few months?
Yes. Klarna and Shop Pay Finance are both at checkout, so you can spread it without putting the build on hold.
Can I just ask someone what to buy?
