The 2nd generation Nuke Performance 3.0 liter Fuel Surge Tank, now for 1, 2, or 3 internal high-pressure fuel pumps, is top quality combined with outstanding performance.
This new updated version is the first of its kind specially developed and designed to mount up to three internal fuel pumps within the same unit. Every fuel pump uses its own AN-8 ORB outlet that lets you choose between the most various setups.

With the possibility to mount up to three high-pressure fuel pumps, this oversized fuel surge tank is ready to deliver fuel for more than 3500hp, this is the most universal fuel surge tank on the market.
Choose between a single, dual, or triple internal fuel pump setup
Run one, two, or three fuel pumps individually or in two steps with multi-electrical connectors on the top lid. Designed and manufactured to handle extreme amounts of power with the same hallmark as all Nuke Performance products.
Everything you need to mount a single, dual, or triple high-pressure in-tank 39mm fuel pump is included, such as the AEM 320l, DW200, DW300, Walbro GST400, GST450, GST520, Aeromotive Stealth series, and many more. The internal billet bracket fits up to three 39mm fuel pumps.

This second-generation Nuke Performance Fuel Surge Tank comes with an internal bracket for up to three internal fuel pumps with an outer diameter of 39mm, this is the most common fuel pump size and makes a perfect fit and combination for most setups. It also fits the very popular Ti Automotive, Walbro GST400, GST450, and GST520 fuel pumps and their design siblings such as Aeromotive Stealth 450.
High-flow fuel pumps without customization of the OEM fuel tank
With our external fuel surge tank, you minimize the risk when running at a low fuel level, that the system does not cope with extremely hard driving such as drifting, drag racing, and track days where you can exceed 2g, which could result in fuel loss. With this setup, you can rely on maximum fuel delivery, a safe solution for your engine and setup even when the conditions are as demanding as they get. That you can mount high-flow in-tank fuel pumps without larger customization of your stock fuel tank is almost as important, this is the only setup you need. With this setup, you can deliver extreme fuel flow to your engine and thanks to the fuel surge tank over-dimensioned 3.0-liter design you will have enough fuel at all conditions and at all times.
The 2G Fuel Surge Tank 3.0 liter for internal fuel pumps works as a buffer so the fuel pumps are always supplied with fuel for high outputs as the return line from your engine routs straight back into the FST, it stays full at all times.
How to mount fuel pumps within a Fuel Surge Tank?
The Surge Tanks from Nuke Performance come delivered with everything you need to easily install all common fuel pumps, but we recommend adding one of our fuel pump mounting kits for optimal functionality and serviceability. For the 2G Fuel Surge Tank 3.0 liter for internal fuel pumps, you need a single fuel pump kit for each fuel pump, so if you run, for example, two fuel pumps you need two single kits. All fuel pumps are securely mounted in all conditions thanks to the internal aluminum billet fuel pump bracket.
How does a fuel surge tank work and how does it flow?
Your stock fuel pump, or your aftermarket lift fuel pump within your stock fuel tank, or your aftermarket fuel cell functions as a pickup fuel pump that fills the surge tank and ensures that the high-pressure fuel pumps within the oversized surge tank always have enough fuel to maximize fuel flow and minimize the risk of starvation that can seriously harm your engine. Available in various setups to fill your every possible need
Our Fuel Surge Tank is available in several different setups, each one designed to perform to the maximum. It comes with a billet aluminum mounting bracket with a six-bolt pattern making a secure fitment in any installation. Depending on which setup you choose they come with a various number of electrical connects, but regardless of the model, it is always equipped with our over-dimensioned electrical connectors that can manage x10 the current used. The 2G Fuel Surge Tank 3.0 liter for internal fuel pumps version is equipped with dual step connectors, letting you choose if you want to run the different fuel pumps on different steps, fuses, or at the same time.

The Nuke Performance 2G Fuel Surge Tank 3.0 liter for internal fuel pumps is equipped with ORB threaded inlet and outlet ports. The AN-8 ORB outlet, inlet, and return ports let you choose between a wide range of fittings and adapters. The use of the oversized, high-flow AN-8 ORB ports gives you an over-dimensioned fuel flow, perfect for this surge tank that lets you mount internal fuel pumps where all fuel pumps have their own outlet port, compared to our single outlet surge tanks. All plugs, fittings, and adapters are sold separately as accessories, and any port that is not used can easily be blocked with our AN-8 ORB Plug.

To satisfy our customers´ wishes, our Fuel Surge Tank 3.0 liter for internal fuel pumps is now delivered with AN-8 ORB threads. Extensive range of fittings and even higher flow. No outlet or return fittings are included with the fuel surge tank, AN-6 to AN-12 fittings are available as accessories.

Why do I need a surge tank and how does a fuel surge tank work?
The 2G Fuel Surge Tank 3.0 liter for brushless fuel pumps works as a buffer so the fuel pumps are always supplied with fuel for high outputs as the return line from your engine routs straight back into the fuel surge tank, it stays full at all times, providing the fuel pumps with sufficient fuel at all times.
When using an external surge tank you minimize the risk of fuel starvation when running at a low fuel level and the fuel pumps experience fuel loss caused by intense driving. With this setup, you can rely on maximum fuel delivery, a safe solution for your engine, even when the conditions are as demanding as they get within motorsports. With this external surge tank, you are able to mount high-pressure in-tank fuel pumps without more extensive customization of your stock fuel tank and don't need to worry about failing fuel delivery.

The Nuke Performance 2G Fuel Surge Tank 3.0 liter for brushless fuel pumps is equipped with ORB threaded inlet and outlet ports. The AN-10 ORB outlet port and the AN-8 ORB inlet, return, and overflow ports let you choose from a wide range of different available ORB fittings.
