The 2nd generation Fuel Surge Tanks from Nuke Performance, with everything you need to mount the popular Ti Automotive GST400 / GST450 / GST520 high-pressure fuel pumps.
This new updated version is the first of its kind specially developed and designed to mount a single or dual setup of Ti Automotive / Walbro GST400, GST450, and GST520, the Walbro motorsport fuel pumps that outperformance all current in-tank fuel pumps in its price range.

The Nuke Performance 2G Fuel Surge Tank 3.0 liter for Ti Automotive (Walbro) GST 450 / 520 lets you combine two internal fuel pumps into one AN-10 outlet. This Fuel Surge Tank is able to deliver steady fuel flow even over 2000hp. This setup is everything you need to be combined into a space-efficient and power-efficient solution and design.
Choose between a single or dual internal fuel pump setup. Fits most common 39mm fuel pumps, mounted within the surge tank in a billet bracket.
Run one or two fuel pumps individually with multiple electrical connectors on the top lid. Designed and manufactured to handle extreme amounts of power with the same hallmark as all Nuke Performance products.
Everything you need to mount a single or dual GSS340 / GSS341 / GSS342 / GST400 / GST450 / GST520 from Walbro is included, and everything you need to mount any other 39mm fuel pump into the same surge tank without modifications. All necessary accessories are included for both single and double setups, but our fuel pump mounting kits are recommended for a trouble-free and service-friendly installation.
Single or dual internal fuel pumps are mounted with the billet aluminum internal mounting bracket for a secure and durable installation.
This Fuel Surge Tank comes with an internal bracket for the GST400, GST450, and GST520 Walbro fuel pumps and also fits all common 39mm fuel pumps mount with a perfect fit, fuel pumps such as DW200, DW300, AEM 340L, Aeromotive 340, and many more.

With no needed modifications, it's also possible to mount the larger Bosch BR540 and Deatschwerks DW400 within the same surge tank. This single-outlet surge tank is the perfect solution and design for almost all fuel pumps used for tuning and motorsports applications on the market today. Installing the fuel pumps within the surge tank is simple and ensures a safe and secure installation for long-run use.
The external surge tank lets you use high-pressure fuel pumps without any heavy customization of the OEM fuel tank.
With our Fuel Surge Tank, you minimize the risk when running at a low fuel level, that the system does not cope with extremely hard driving such as drifting, drag racing, and track days where you can exceed 2g, which could result in fuel loss. With this setup, you can rely on maximum fuel delivery, a safe solution for your engine even when the conditions are as demanding as they get. That you are able to mount high-flow in-tank fuel pumps without larger customization of your stock fuel tank is almost as important, this is really the only setup you need.
The 2G Fuel Surge Tank 3.0 liter for Ti Automotive (Walbro) GST 450 / 520 works as a buffer so the fuel pumps are always supplied with fuel for high outputs as the return line from your engine routs straight back into the fuel surge tank, it stays full at all times.
How to mount fuel pumps within the Walbro GST Fuel Surge Tank?
Your stock fuel pump or your lift fuel pump within your stock fuel tank or your aftermarket fuel cell functions as a pickup fuel pump that ensures that the high-pressure fuel pumps within the oversized 3-liter surge tank always have enough fuel to maximize fuel flow and minimize the risk of starvation that can seriously harm your engine. The Fuel Surge Tank is delivered with everything you need to install the fuel pumps of your selection, but we recommend adding one of our fuel pump mounting kits for optimal functionality. All fuel pumps are securely mounted in all conditions thanks to the billet fuel pump brackets.

The Nuke Performance 2nd generation Fuel Surge Tanks is available in several different setups, each one designed to perform to the maximum. It comes with a billet aluminum mounting bracket with a six-bolt pattern making a secure fitment in any installation. Depending on which setup you choose they come with a various number of electrical connections, but regardless of the model, it is always equipped with our over-dimensioned electrical connectors that can manage x10 the current used. The Walbro / Ti Automotive GST version is equipped with dual step connectors, letting you choose if you want to run the different fuel pumps on different steps, fuses, or at the same time.

The Nuke Performance 2G Fuel Surge Tank 3.0 liter for Ti Automotive (Walbro) GST 450 / 520, is equipped with ORB threaded inlet and outlet ports. The AN-10 ORB outlet port and the AN-8 ORB inlet, return, and overflow ports let you choose from a wide range of different available ORB fittings. The use of the oversized, high-flow AN-10 ORB outlet combines the internal fuel pumps into one single fuel line and minimizes the need for external equipment, hoses, and fittings. Outlet, inlet, overflow, and return AN-6, AN-8, AN-10, and AN-12 fittings are sold separately as accessories.

FAQ - How does a Fuel Surge Tank work?

To satisfy our customer´s wishes, our 2G Fuel Surge Tank 3.0 liter for Ti Automotive (Walbro) GST 450 / 520 is now delivered with AN-10 and AN-8 ORB threads. Large range of fittings and even higher flow. No outlet or return fittings are included with the fuel surge tank, AN-6 to AN-12 fittings are available as accessories.

When will it actually arrive?
In stock and ordered before 1pm, it leaves the same day. UK and Ireland is usually next day, occasionally 1 to 3 days. Europe 1 to 5 days, rest of world 3 to 5 days on express.
If something is not in stock, we will email you right away with an ETA and any available substitutes. On the rare occasion it does not work out, we will happily refund your order.
Will I get stung for customs or import VAT?
No. The price you pay on our website is what it will cost to be delivered to your door. You will not receive any surprise surcharges after ordering.
What if I change my mind?
30 days on all stock items, full refund on the parts. If you ordered the wrong thing we will help you get to the right one for as little money as possible. We have been there.
What warranty do I get?
Everything on our website is covered by the standard manufacturer's warranty.
If you ever need to claim, we fight your corner. We will do everything in our power to make sure you are looked after, rather than leaving you to argue with a manufacturer on your own.
Can I pay it off over a few months?
