PMC Motorsport Lightweight custom aluminium flywheel Toyota JZ 1JZ 2JZ - BMW M50 M52 M54 ZF ZF310 ZF320 S5D-250 M57 GS5-39DZ S50 S52 S54 Getrag 420G - 184mm 7.25" Twin Plate.
This Kit allows you to pair your BMW M57 330D/530D Gearbox to a 1JZ OR 2JZ engine while using a Tilton Step twin or triple plate clutch set.

Tilton 7.25" Twin plate clutch kit
The OT Range of racing clutches from Tilton are designed to offer a high level of strength and be very lightweight, all built into a compact design. Due to the "Lug" drive design, the clutch is able to run cleanly, minimizing dust build up, as well as cooler thanks to an open design that allows hot air to escape and cooler air to flow through. Unique to Tilton clutch covers are hardened steel thrust buttons which provide the pressure and floater plates a smooth and durable surface to slide against.
Tilton's sintered clutches are widely used in top levels of motorsport including NASCAR, ALMS and many other racing series throughout the world. With the detailed information and testing that these demanding environments provide, Tilton have been able to refine and hone their range of clutches to best meet the increasing demands of high level motorsport, while bringing the increase in technology to all applications right through to club level.

The adapter plate is designed for Toyota JZ series engines with BMW M20-M57 gearboxes conversion. Our solution gives an opportunity to use very durable, and accessible BMW gearboxes.
It is great for both hobbyists and professionals wanting to change an automatic to manual transmission in a daily car or use in motorsport.
Due to measurements, our parts (gearbox adapters and custom flywheels) prevents damage to the clutch improper alignment of the engine and transmission.

Ordered before 1pm, fitted this weekend.
In-stock parts ordered before 1pm are dispatched the same day. UK and Ireland typically arrive next morning, worldwide as quick as three days. Times do vary, but that can mean the part is on the car within a few days and she is back out blasting the roads by the weekend.

Send us your chassis code or your reg in the chat and we will confirm before you spend anything. If you order and it turns out to be the wrong part, we swap it.

When will it actually arrive?
In stock and ordered before 1pm, it leaves the same day. UK and Ireland is usually next day, occasionally 1 to 3 days. Europe 1 to 5 days, rest of world 3 to 5 days on express.
If something is not in stock, we will email you right away with an ETA and any available substitutes. On the rare occasion it does not work out, we will happily refund your order.
Will I get stung for customs or import VAT?
No. The price you pay on our website is what it will cost to be delivered to your door. You will not receive any surprise surcharges after ordering.
What if I change my mind?
30 days on all stock items, full refund on the parts. If you ordered the wrong thing we will help you get to the right one for as little money as possible. We have been there.
What warranty do I get?
Everything on our website is covered by the standard manufacturer's warranty.
If you ever need to claim, we fight your corner. We will do everything in our power to make sure you are looked after, rather than leaving you to argue with a manufacturer on your own.
Can I pay it off over a few months?
